A premium $5 million 'Platinum Card' tier grants 270-day US stays without foreign income taxation.
The program directly replaces EB-1 and EB-2 visas, previously reserved for exceptional talent and advanced degree holders. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick defended the MOVE as prioritizing 'extraordinary people' over job competition.
